In a town with deadly secrets, where love is lost to time and ignited by it, and mysterious deaths and disappearances go unexplained, one woman's discovery of the unbelievable could be the key to everything.
The Mountain has always been shrouded in mystery, with stories shared to scare and intrigue the tourists to the town of Juniper Hollow.
For a local like Lillian, the stories are just that, rumors and tales, laughed off and easily ignored as a superstition... but when a body is discovered, and another follows soon after, the stories begin to sound more like warnings.
Through a web of connections, Lillian finds herself drawn into the middle of investigations, torn between two unexpected romances, all while digging into the truth of The Mountain, uncovering a pattern that leads to more questions than answers...
... an unimaginable possibility with a terrifyingly deadly reality.
WHAT READERS ARE SAYING

Your heart will get ripped out, but in the best way possible. You will be on the edge of your seat, changing your mind on which love interest she should pick. Read it, cause I said so!

If I could describe my life as a book, it'd be this one. It was like surfing when the waves are pummeling the beach. There may be a slight low spot but it rapidly ramps up to take over and you have to hold on for all you've got until it's over, hoping you don't drown in the process. It's got complex twists and turns, which if you look, you can figure them out but if you're in it for the vibes you may not. They're well placed throughout. It's a contemporary mystery romance or a psychological romance thriller. It's police procedural with a bit of conspiracy fun mixed in. Think In Death series mixed with Time Traveler's Wife, throwing in a bit of Under the Dome and Hallmark Romance hometown stories.
